Round 1 - Bedroom Announcement
Attention all houseguests. Perhaps you might have noticed a secret message that Big Brother (a.k.a Penn) was trying to send you via the luxury items... Towel Asprin KY Lube Earplugs Bottle of Wine Extra Pillow Diary Tanning Oil Whip Oreos As you can see, the message "Take Bed Two" was spelled out in the first letters of the luxury items! Now, perhaps Sean and Eve saw this, or maybe they just got lucky in their bed selection. But, either way, they were faced with a decision to make. And remember, with every decision, there are consequences (both good and bad).   Underneath each of the mattresses of the 2nd bed in each bedroom, there was a hidden Diamond PoV (better known as the DPoV). In Big Brother, a Diamond Power of Veto allows the holder to remove a nominee from the block (including the holder) and then to make the replacement nominee instead of the HoH making the replacement. The HoH and Golden PoV holder are both safe from being the replacement nominees.  For these 2 particular DPoVs, Sean and Eve were told that they'd only be valid during the first 2 rounds, and that they could be used by a houseguest to veto a player from EITHER faction. However, if one of the DPoVs is used for a particular faction in a round, the 2nd cannot be used in that same round unless the user decides to veto someone from the faction that hadn't had a DPoV used on them yet. Meaning, if they are used in the same round, they must be used in separate factions. Now, Sean and Eve were given the choice to keep the DPoVs, or to give them away to ANY houseguest of their choice. They were also reminded that with good comes bad. So, what did they decide? Both Sean and Eve decided that they would KEEP the DPoVs for themselves. So now, let's see what the negative outcome attached to the vetoes is... Sean and Eve, in return for keeping the DPoVs, neither of you will be permitted to compete in HoH for the first 2 rounds, however you are still permitted to participate in the PoV challenges for both rounds. If you are still in the game during round 3, the DPoV will become void if it has not been used, and you will be allowed to participate in the HoH competition at that time. If there are no questions, this public announcement is now complete. [/b][/center] |

Holy shit. And I definitely missed that message.
I was really hoping the KY Lube would give me an advantage in the bedroom a competition or something!
