(Well, I can get this part up now, but HoH will come a little later.) Your decisions to Swap or Stay have been locked in.
Only 3 people elected to swap factions: Levine, Lolly, and Sandra.
That means that our factions would be as follows:
Sweet
Lolly
Chris
Eve
Holly Marie
Mingin
Orlando
Sausage
Sandra
Sassy
Levine
Barack
Debra
James
Kathy
Sean
But, since I said that the factions must remain even, 1 player from the Sweet side will be selected at random to go to the Sassy side. This players could be any of the previously Sweet players or Lolly or Sandra. However, Mingin cannot be sent to the Sassy by random draw.
So, which Sweet player did random.org pick to go to the Sassy?

Damn, girl. Random.org does NOT think you are very Sweet. This is 2 weeks in a row now that Lolly has been placed in Sassy thanks to random.org.

And how will the factions work without double evictions, you ask? The HoH challenge will be a team based challenge. Now, that could be individual efforts which are then combined for a team score, or it could be a challenge which actually involves team work. Either way, there will be a winning faction in which ALL members of that faction get some sort of reward/luxury. For that reason, luxury comps are temporarily on hold until the factions dissolve. As well, the HoH for the round will come from the faction that wins the challenge. So even if you do well and your team fails, you are not able to win the HoH title.
The HoH will then nominate 2 players, BUT, they MUST nominate 1 from each faction. PoV will then be a completely individual challenge in which the winner can veto either nominee, and the HoH must put up another player from the same faction as the vetoed nominee.
After the eviction, players will have a chance to swap factions, just like before, and then another round will take place just like this. At that point, we will be to our final 10 and the lottery will take place!

Dunno if you all have seen on the news, but I'm right in the middle of some heavy flooding here in PA. I'm safe and currently with electricity, but apparently the worst has yet to come. I am posting this in case I go MIA for a day or two! To the other few players who I know live close to me: stay safe!

James was the only player who chose to SWAP factions. Thus, someone from the Sassy faction will randomly be sent to the Sweet faction. This person could be Lolly, Barack, Debra, James, Kathy, or Sausage (as outgoing HoH, Eve must remain with her faction).
Random.com did not choose Lolly this time (I think that the change of name confused the random.com gods, and thus you have been spared, Lolly.  )
But random.com did choose Kathy to swap! So Kathy, get that firecrotch of yours steppin' over to the Sweets.

Factions/nominations/PoV will all work the same as last week. So the HoH must nominate 1 player per faction. If the PoV is used, the replacement must come from the same faction that the original nominee was from.

If the board goes down, DOCUMENT when it was down and when it came back up and put it in your DR. Then just keep doing the Hoh as if the board hadn't went down. You can make a single post which includes any photos that you would have posted during that time to earn those points. Basically, the more info you give me about what time you would have posted what, and what time the board was down, I can make a better judgment of which points to award when comparing times that the board was down for all players. DO NOT take advantage of this by lying. If the board is down, it will likely be down for all players doing the comp, so I will compare when it went down for all players.
