I knew that going into the Veto Competition I wanted to win it. With Sean having the Diamond Power of Veto, anything can happen. He could certainly use it to save one of the nominations and put me up as the replacement. So having the Veto is the only way to secure my safety for the week.As we all entered the backyard we saw what seemed to be Candyland! There was candy everywhere and I certainly have a sweet tooth even though I'm sassy. lol. Penn instructed us that in front of us were several different types of candy that had a particular amount that we needed to determine. Whoever was the furthest from the correct amount would be eliminated each round. The last person remaining from each faction would win the Power of Veto.
I thought that I could do pretty well in this competition. I would like to think I have good spatial recognition. lol. So I thought I definitely had a chance and if I just was practical in my answers I might be able to shine through.
In the end Chris and Orlando ended up winning the Power of Veto. I'm very happy that Chris won because I feel like he'll keep nominations the same. Orlando is also certainly making himself look like a threat over in the Sweet faction. I was glad that I did pretty well even though I didn't win. I was criticized for not having been a strong competitor in my season. So I wanted to start off this season looking a little stronger. I don't think Chris will use the Veto, but I guess I will have to talk to him to find out what he's thinking.
