Four of the members of the Gossip Girl cast recently played in a Big Brother game. Naturally, their awesome abilities landed them first through fourth place. Each of them won a key challenge (OTEV, Endurance, Before/After, and Estimation), and each of them started the game in a different bedroom (Safari, Nautical, Poolside, and Purple).
Your job is to figure out which player (they were Penn, Blake, Ed, and Leighton) finished in what place (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th), and also what key challenge they won and what bedroom they started the game in.
(Note: Penn and Ed are male. Blake and Leighton are female... just to clear any confusion.)
Here are your clues...
1. A male won the game.
2. Penn was either in last place, won OTEV, or was in the Poolside room, but only one of these things. (only one of the 3 are true of Penn)
3. The person who won the game knew a lot about the sequence of events, as in WHEN things happened, which helped them win their key challenge.
4. Leighton demanded that she be in a room that was water themed because she has such an awesome swimsuit bod, which clearly ruled out Safari and Purple bedrooms for her.
5. The person who won the Estimation challenge spent most of their time in the bedroom on the diving board bed.
6. Blake beat Leighton, but Ed beat Blake.
7. The person who stayed in the Safari room ended up winning the game.
8. Blake won either OTEV or endurance.
9. Leighton may not have won the game, but she HELD ON for a very long time because she was good at things like that.
10. The person in 3rd place stayed in either the Poolside or Purple bedroom.
11. The person who won Estimation finished better than the person who won OTEV.
12. Ed was awful at estimating the amounts of things.
