For this challenge, you will be using picture puzzles to make words, word phrases, and/or names of people. Be careful to look at the puzzle and see if you are "adding" or "subtracting" the words/letters.
For instance, if there is a picture of a cat minus c, you would know that you need the letters/word "at" or if there is a picture of a dog minus g then you want the letters/word "do". Perhaps you will see a "b" plus the picture of an ear, which would make the word/letters "bear." In the end, you want to put the pieces together and see what you get.
Sometimes you have to think outside the box. The first word you think of when you see the picture might not help you solve the puzzle. Similarly, when the words/letters go together, you might have to listen to what they sound like, as it may not be the EXACT word.
Here is a sample...
When you are ready, find me in AIM. I will then link you to an image which has 9 puzzles like the one above. You will have 5 minutes to try to get as may correct as you can. After each guess, I will tell you if you are right or wrong. You do not have to go in order. After 5 minutes, you will score 1 point for each correct guess. If you get them all in the 5 minutes, your time will be recorded and then it will come to the fastest person if more than 1 player gets them all right. If two players tie with a score that's not perfect, then whoever was the fastest to provide their first correct answer will win.
If you have questions, you may address them with me in AIM.
Also, everyone will have the SAME set of word puzzles, which means I am relying on you all to be honest and not cheat. I'd hate to think though with our recent incident that this should be a problem, however if there is any suspected cheating, I will not hesitate to expel another player if needed.
Find me on AIM or message me saying that you tried to before 6pm EST Thursday.
Best of luck!
