Episode Eight~

When the vote was announced 7-0 I was pretty much happy to know that James would be walking out that door. When he left I really didn't feel anything to be honest. He closed the door and I was kinda like good riddance.

Its really sad to me how James and I ended off. We have been friends for some time and I don't think one fight is going to penetrate that friendship, but for now it certainly has made things very still with me.

We're now entering the Jury portion of this game where everything really matters if you want to win. I don't believe anything that has happened before this point will determine the winner. So its time to step up or step out. I know that I want to win Head of Household because I'm kinda on middle ground with everyone and with the numbers getting smaller that isn't a good thing. I need something big to happen to break up and expose any large alliances that might still exist in the house. It times to play a lot harder and a lot more aggressive then I have been so far.

Our Head of Household Competition this week was to find letters hidden in a picture of Penn and then use those hidden letters to form the longest two words that we could. Both words had to contain the same letters and the second word could have any 2 additional letters that we wanted.

I knew right away that there was no way I was winning this competition. lol. So I was just glad that I felt like this wasn't a "Do or Die" situation because I would have been very upset if this was the challenge that sent me packing.

I also was hoping that Barack or Kathy would not win Head of Household and as of recently I also hoped Eve wouldn't win because I'm not sure who she is playing right now!

In the end Lolly won and I'm pretty content with that. Lolly has nominated Kathy before in the past and I think this time she will place Barack right beside her. So I don't feel worried about leaving this week. Lolly has shown in the past that the moves she makes are strictly strategic and not personal. So I don't expect to go on the block before or after the Veto. I don't see how Barack and Kathy both survive after the end of this week, but you never should count anything out of this game and expect the unexpected. So I'm hopefully optimistic that this round will be a good one and what should have happened last round will follow through this time around.

I was not worried about the Nomination Ceremony. I feel like I know where Lolly stands and who majority of the house is trying to get rid of at this point. So I expected this to be a very straight forward speech.

Barack and Kathy were nominated as most everyone expected. So that is setting the stage once again for one of them to leave. However, as we saw last week they both survived. This time though I think the chances of that happening are very slim. They're in the eyes of this house the most powerful couple remaining. I know that I still want Barack to leave because I don't think he can be trusted in the long term and I also believe he's one of the best players remaining.

It once again comes down to the Veto though so I will try to win it. lol. I have to win something now. lol.

Today we had a Luxury Competition! Usually Luxury Competitions are fun, but with the way that the house is right now..I don't think this competition is going to be taken lightly. lol.The competition gave us the choice of choosing 1 to 4 stars to add to the board. If you ended up being stuck at 21 stars then you would be eliminated from the competition. You also would be eliminated if you couldn't find your stars in time. We didn't know what the reward would be, but we knew it would be possibly given before this weeks eviction. So I didn't want to see Barack or Kathy have a shot at winning this because any power for them right now is bad for me.

I was upset because during the competition I had the perfect opportunity to eliminated Barack and I couldn't find my starts on time, so that kept him in the game and kept me out of it!

In the end though everything worked for the best with Chris winning. However, I have to say that I'm extremely skeptical and somewhat concerned right now over how Chris won. For Barack to just reply with "Oops" 1 minute after his deadline is not normal. Barack is not someone to just sit down and take this nomination. He wants to remain in this house and seems desperate enough to do anything to stay. So I feel like for some reason Chris might have struck some sort of deal with Barack. I don't know what's going on right now, but I know that I need to get to the bottom of it soon!

Going into the Veto Competition it was pretty much the entire house against Barack and Kathy. I feel like most people want Barack out of here and if manages to get himself off the block again then Kathy has to go home.

The Veto Competition was a series of locks that we had to discover the password too based on a picture that was displayed on top of it. I knew that this was going to be tricky, but I felt that I could have a fighting chance.

I started off doing really well in opening three of the cases fairly quickly, but began having problems with the other 4. I was getting kinda frustrated because we could all see Barack slowly, but surely opening each and everyone of his cases.

In the end Barack won the Power of Veto..again. lol. This is like Deja Vu! I just can't get rid of this guy despite him being on the block twice. It's so frustrating because I honestly see him as the one person who hurts my chances of getting to the end. Now that he has the Power of Veto its obvious he will take himself off the block. Which means Kathy will probably leave this week. It's just like James leaving last week where we take out another pawn to get to the King. I guess we won't be calling out Check Mate just yet!

Sitting down at the Veto Ceremony I knew that Barack was going to save himself. So now it was just the question of who Lolly would nominate in his place.

Barack took himself off the block and Lolly nominated Holly Marie. I was kinda surprised about her putting up Holly Marie because I kinda expected Sausage to take Barack's place. In my mind that kinda tells me that Lolly and Sausage have something and Holly Marie and Lolly don't. So at least something came out of this ceremony that I feel I didn't really know before.

Now the final nominees are Holly Marie and Kathy. My decision is pretty much made and its going to be very hard for anyone to change it.

Getting rid of Kathy this week might not be as easy as I once thought it would be. Now that Holly Marie and I have figured out how the votes could potentially go down, we discovered that it really could come all down to Eve. I have had my suspicions of Eve for awhile now. She just is such a wildcard and you never really know if her intentions might be what she says they're. Barack and Kathy are not going to leave without a fight and its obvious to the rest of the house that they know they won't be able to sway Lindsay, Chris, or Myself. So the only hope they have of keeping her around is by getting Eve on their side. I need to make sure that doesn't happen.
