Levine and Debra, as the winners of the PoV, you know the drill, and you have 24 hours to make your decision. Just remember, you can only veto a nominee from your own faction. The HoH of your faction will then have 24 hours from the time of your decision to name a replacement if needed.
DPoV holders: Once the PoV decisions have been made, you have until the voting deadline to decide if you want to use the DPoV. To use it, simply post your decision here (since the DPoVs are public knowledge). Remember, you cannot name any of the HoH or PoV holders as the replacement if the DPoV is used, and remember, it's first come, first serve within a faction since you both can't use them in the same faction. Also, this is the last round to use the DPoVs. If they go unused, they will become void after the eviction ceremony
Once nominees have been finalized, the voting period will begin and last exactly 24 hours. I will come back later and give the exact deadline.
Remember, EVERYONE from the Sweet faction will be voting in the Sassy eviction, and EVERYONE from the Sassy faction will be voting in the Sweet eviction. If you are a final nominee or HoH, you cannot vote in the eviction for your own faction, but you STILL CAN vote in the eviction for the opposite faction. Thus, there will be 13 votes for each eviction.
Finally, no matter who you are, you MUST write goodbyes for the final nominees. So, everyone will have either 3 or 4 goodbyes posted with their votes (depending on if you are a final nominees yourself or not).
Failure to VOTE OR WRITE GOODBYES before the deadline results in a strike. No exceptions (bc you all have the chance to use bootlists to avoid voting strikes).

This comes as a pretty difficult decision that anyone can understand is not an easy one. I'm one who when I put someone up, I generally hope that the person remains up through out the whole time of my reign on HoH because I don't want to make this decision. I also don't find backdooring a very good tactic, and it's not the angle I worked when making my decision. I express that the person I put up, It is not my wish for them to be put up, but it comes down to a shear numbers game of who in my mind is available to be place up. Enough jibber jabber though. My replacement is...

Sorry it came down like this Chris. Through out this rollercoaster of a round I've actually gotten to know you a lot better then our absent relationship through the first round of the game. I wish you the best of luck as well as all the other nominees.

With that, the deadline to vote is 7:13 pm EST Thursday. As well, any DPoV decisions would need to be made before that deadline, and then a new voting deadline would start, ending 24 hours after the DPoV decision is made (if one is made).

what would Big Brother be without a little twist......right?  as everyone knows, with my bed selection, i was given the Diamond Power of Veto. i thought long and hard over wanting to use this and not wanting to use this. I really was not going to use this on anyone becuase I didnt feel initially that it benefitted me in any form TO use it. But....the more I think about it, I feel it necessary to help someone who helped me get as far as I did in season 2 when I played. i'm choosing to use my diamond power of veto on.... [/size][/color] Sausage Wacker.[/size] Houseguests, I want you to know that I have told Sausage I wasnt going to use this on him, because really I didnt want a target on either of our backs suspecting that he and I are aligned in any-way-shape-or-form. The use of this veto mainly comes as a bout of generosity or thanks to him for helping me get as far as i did in season 2. I think he's a great person, and a great player. Also, who wouldn't want to use the DPoV while they have it. that being said, i also get to name a replacement nomination for removing Sausage from the block. at this time, my nomination to join Chris (im sorry to see you're even there) on the block is: Christina Aguilera [/size][/color] I'm sorry Christina, but I just dont see you as being the "fighter" that you say you're going to be in this house. If you're going to play anything like you did last season, you're going to play the "victim" role and have everyone pity you..and ask to save you and this and that. I'm asking all of you houseguests to vote to keep Chris safe this week, as I know he is a strong player and I know that he wont play the "pity-me" "ive-been-on-the-block-so-much" card as I know someone else will. Also, though you all may want a Sheep to ride your coat tails and do as you say, I think you all have level minds in here to know that it's better to get rid of a "floater" now in this stage of the game, than later. (BAAAAAA, i know too well Chris is not a sheep). In my opinion, Christina wouldn't of gotten as far as she did last year if it werent for the master-mind of Debra running the game and she did whatever Deb said. (we're all entitled to our opinions, yes?  ) Another point, Chris now has 12 chances to come back, that's 3rd from the highest, Christina has 3, if we vote out Chris, he has more of a chance to come back than Christina does. I'm sorry that you're all going to have to deal with the whining and crying that she's gonna produce now that she's up on the block. New voting deadline is 8:53 pm EST Thursday.
The deadline for Eve to make her DPoV decision still stands at what it was originally (7:13 pm EST Thursday), however, as not to drag this round out for too far. If Eve does decide to use her DPoV, then there will be a final extention to the voting, which will end 24 hours after Eve's decision (if one is made).

Ok. Since Eve has made her decision official that she will NOT be using her DPoV, our nominees are set in stone and the voting will end at 9:53pm EST Thursday as I stated when Sean used his DPoV.
